buffalo wings
I have looked around for a great recipe that was not over powering in any certain ingredient. I can say that I have put together a wonderful fried chicken on its own but if you add the sauce it's all the better. Especially for a Super Bowl occasion or get together. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 package chicken wings about 20
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - oil, i used vegetable
- SAUCE
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bottle franks hot sauce, 5 oz
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
How To Make buffalo wings
-
Step 1Using the first 6 ingredients listed put them in a large bowl and mix till all the wings are coated. Place wings in a Large Freezer bag or cover in the bowl and place in refrigerator for an hour.
-
Step 2Pour oil in a pot or fryer, enough to make about an inch or a little more. Heat oil to 350. (Remember as you add the chicken the oil is going to rise so make sure you have a deep enough pot)
-
Step 3Add chicken, about 4-5 pieces at a time. Fry for 10 mins. Chicken should be a nice brown color and crispy. Let drain on paper towels. Once all the chicken is done, place in a large bowl.
-
Step 4Heat the ingredients for the sauce in a small pan. Just to boiling and then let cool slightly. Pour over chicken and mix.
