1 pkgchicken wings about 20

1 call purpose flour

1/2 tsppaprika

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1/4 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspsalt

·oil, i used vegetable
-
SAUCE
-
1 stickbutter
-
1 bottlefranks hot sauce, 5 oz
-
1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbsphoney
How to Make Buffalo Wings
- Using the first 6 ingredients listed put them in a large bowl and mix till all the wings are coated. Place wings in a Large Freezer bag or cover in the bowl and place in refrigerator for an hour.
- Add chicken, about 4-5 pieces at a time. Fry for 10 mins. Chicken should be a nice brown color and crispy. Let drain on paper towels. Once all the chicken is done, place in a large bowl.
