can't get enough buffalo chicken,i finally create this delicious recipe,on oven-fried chicken.it's perfect with potato au gratin,green bean casserole and macaroni and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 - boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned pepper
  • 1 package italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup wing sauce
  • 3/4 cup sriracha
  • 1 bottle chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning

How To Make buffalo oven fried chicken

  • Step 1
    In a large ziplock bag,combine chicken breasts,seasoned pepper,italian dressing mix,wing sauce and sriracha.Refrigerate and marinade for 3 hours.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 3
    In a medium bowl,combine blue cheese dressing and dijon mustard,whisk together.In a large plate.mix bread crumbs,parmesan cheese and italian seasoning together.
  • Step 4
    Take the chicken breasts out of the bag,dip them into blue dressing mixture,and then into crumb mixture to coat.
  • Step 5
    Place coated chicken breasts into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.Drizzle with wing sauce mixture out of the bag.
  • Step 6
    Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until chicken cooked through and juices run clear.
