This is so easy and a super big hit with everyone! The sauce; you can now buy buffalo ranch at Safeway and it works just as good as the 50/50 mixture. I have not seen it with blue cheese yet.

  • 5
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 bottle
    buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 c
    buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 c
    ranch or blue cheese

  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Buffalo Junk Bread


  1. place the chicken breasts and one bottle of buffalo sauce in a crock pot for 3 hours on high.
  2. once the chicken is done; remove from sauce and shred.
  3. roll out your pizza dough (homemade or store bought) and spread the chicken across the center.
  4. top with the buffalo & ranch/blue cheese sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. wrap the pizza dough around the ingredients sealing the ends and the seam at the top.
  6. bake at 400-450 (depending on your oven for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with celery and carrot sticks and serve. Depending on how you cut it will depend on how many it will serve.
