buffalo chicken wraps
Looking to make a buffalo chicken stromboli for dinner. But having no yeast, went to store to purchase some. they had no yeast either. stumped, i picked up some crescent rolls and my imagintion took over. family loved these. Hope you do too.

Ingredients
- - 2 lbs chicken tenders
- - 2 cups panco bread crumbs
- - 1 cup mexican blend shredded cheese
- - 1/2 c. franks hot sauce, more it you like it hot.
- - pam cooking spray, butter flavored
How To Make buffalo chicken wraps

Step 1place oven on 325. same as crescent roll temp. unroll crescents to form the triangle. lay out individually on counter. In the microwave par-cook chicken tenders on defrost for 5 minutes. remove from microwave and cut tenders in half. in separate med. bowl. add panco crumbs, shredded mexican cheese blend and hot sauce.

Step 2toss each chicken tender half into the panco mixture and coat. heavily. can add more hot sauce if too dry or alittle milk. pack coating around chicken tender. take chicken tender and roll up into crescent rolls one by one. contiune this fashion till all the tenders are used.

Step 3place small chicken stuffed crescents on baking sheet spayed with pam cooking spray. after all crescents are lined up on baking sheet, spray liberally with pam cooking spray. i prefer the butter flavor for taste. garnish with a tiny bit of mexican cheese blend and bake 15-20 min. till crescents are golden brown, and chicken is done. enjoy with a salad and blue cheese dressing.
