Buffalo Chicken with Loaded Potatos

Ingredients

2 lbchicken breast cut into 1" cubes

8 -10red potatoes cut into 1" cubes

1/2 colive oil

1 Tbspblack pepper

1 Tbsppaprika

2 Tbspgarlic powder

3 Tbsphot sauce
-
3 Tbsptaco sauce
-
1 cbacon cut into pieces
-
2 cmexican blend shredded cheese

1 cdiced green onion
How to Make Buffalo Chicken with Loaded Potatos
- Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl add chicken, red potatoes, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, taco sauce and bacon. Mix to coat.
- Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Put into oven and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven, turn oven to 450. Top chicken and potatoes with cheese. Return to oven and bake for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and top with green onions and sour cream on side if you like.
