buffalo chicken with loaded potatos
This is a recipe that I found on Facebook. I tweeked it some and came up with this. My husband is still begging for this again.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast cut into 1" cubes
- 8 -10 - red potatoes cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons taco sauce
- 1 cup bacon cut into pieces
- 2 cups mexican blend shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced green onion
How To Make buffalo chicken with loaded potatos

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl add chicken, red potatoes, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, taco sauce and bacon. Mix to coat.

Step 2Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Put into oven and bake for 40 minutes.

Step 3Remove from oven, turn oven to 450. Top chicken and potatoes with cheese. Return to oven and bake for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.

Step 4Remove from oven and top with green onions and sour cream on side if you like.
