This is a recipe that I found on Facebook. I tweeked it some and came up with this. My husband is still begging for this again.

Ingredients

2 lb
chicken breast cut into 1" cubes
8 -10
red potatoes cut into 1" cubes
1/2 c
olive oil
1 Tbsp
black pepper
1 Tbsp
paprika
2 Tbsp
garlic powder
3 Tbsp
hot sauce
3 Tbsp
taco sauce
1 c
bacon cut into pieces
2 c
mexican blend shredded cheese
1 c
diced green onion

How to Make Buffalo Chicken with Loaded Potatos

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl add chicken, red potatoes, olive oil, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, hot sauce, taco sauce and bacon. Mix to coat.
  • 2Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Put into oven and bake for 40 minutes.
  • 3Remove from oven, turn oven to 450. Top chicken and potatoes with cheese. Return to oven and bake for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • 4Remove from oven and top with green onions and sour cream on side if you like.
