Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 - egg
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup crushed pork rinds
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 1 bottle buffalo sauce / wing sauce
How To Make buffalo chicken tenders low-carb

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2whisk egg and water together in a pie plate.

Step 3combine parmesan, pork rinds and almond meal in a gallon size storage bag.

Step 4dip chicken tenderloins in egg mixture, add to storage bag and shake.

Step 5place "breaded" chicken onto a greased baking sheet.

Step 6Bake for 10 minutes, turn the chicken over and bake for 10 more minutes.

Step 7Pour wing sauce over the chicken, flipping to coat both sides. Now it's ready to serve!
