I use this recipe often. My kid's love pizza and wings, it's our Friday family night tradition!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast tenderloins
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup crushed pork rinds
  • 1/3 cup almond meal
  • 1 bottle buffalo sauce / wing sauce

How To Make buffalo chicken tenders low-carb

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Step 2
    whisk egg and water together in a pie plate.
  • faux breadcrumbs
    Step 3
    combine parmesan, pork rinds and almond meal in a gallon size storage bag.
  • Step 4
    dip chicken tenderloins in egg mixture, add to storage bag and shake.
  • Step 5
    place "breaded" chicken onto a greased baking sheet.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 10 minutes, turn the chicken over and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Step 7
    Pour wing sauce over the chicken, flipping to coat both sides. Now it's ready to serve!
