boneless chicken breast tenderloins
2 Tbsp
water
1
egg
1/3 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/3 c
crushed pork rinds
1/3 c
almond meal
1 bottle
buffalo sauce / wing sauce

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Tenders Low-carb

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • 2whisk egg and water together in a pie plate.
  • 3combine parmesan, pork rinds and almond meal in a gallon size storage bag.
  • 4dip chicken tenderloins in egg mixture, add to storage bag and shake.
  • 5place "breaded" chicken onto a greased baking sheet.
  • 6Bake for 10 minutes, turn the chicken over and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • 7Pour wing sauce over the chicken, flipping to coat both sides. Now it's ready to serve!
