Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    chicken breast filets
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2 pinch
    garlic pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    franks red hot
  • 1/2 bottle
    franks wing sauce
  • 1/2 bottle
    sweet baby rays bbq sauce
  • 1/4 c
    hot vegetable oil

How to Make buffalo chicken strips

Step-by-Step

  1. heat oil on stove in frying pan
  2. mix together garlic pepper and flour, also mix together milk and 1/2 tsp hotsauce
  3. dip chicken filets into milk mixture, and then into flour mixture, coating completely
  4. pre heat oven to 350
  5. put chicken into pan lightly browning both sides
  6. mix together wing sauce and bbg sauce well
  7. dip cooked chicken filets into the sauce, and arrange on a cookie sheet
  8. bake for about 10 minutes
  9. serve with ranch, or blue cheese, and enjoy :)
