Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla's
10medium tortilla wraps
1rotisserie chicken, deboned and chopped
3/4 cfrank's hot sauce
8 ozwhipped cream cheese
4green onions chopped
·salt and pepper
2 cmozzarella cheese shredded
·blue cheese for dipping
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla's
- Mix the chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, salt and pepper together. Set aside.
- Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Brush the paper with the melted . Lay two tortillas overlapped a bit in the middle of the pan. Cut three tortillas in half. Place two half tortillas straight edge against pan on long side and one half tortilla and each short side. Spread the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
- Take the last 5 tortillas and arrange them on the top the same way you did the bottom. Brush the top with the melted butter. Lay another piece of parchment over the top.
- Place in a 400 degree oven and bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 6 squares. Serve dipped in blue cheese dressing.
