Ingredients
- 1 lb - penne pasta
- 1 tsp - paprika, sweet mild
- 1/2Tbsp ea - salt,pepper or to taste
- 2-3 lge - garlic cloves,minced
- 1lb - boneless chicken breast,cut into strips or cubes
- - veg.or olive oil for cooking chicken
- - buffalo wing sauce,as much as you like,i us frank's red hot
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup red onion,diced
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing,i use ranch
- 3/4 cup milk
How To Make buffalo chicken & pasta

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions. While pasta is cooking,prepare chicken with spices & cook in oil. Add hot sauce & saute with chicken. When chicken is mostly cooked,add onion,garlic & celery. Continue to saute til chicken is fully cooked. Combine Mayo,dressing & milk in med.bowl. Add to skillet after chicken is done. Toss with pasta. Serve with fresh green salad and hot crusty bread! Nice wine! Yum! *If you don't like hot dishes add small amt.of hot sauce,but this must be added to give the dish the nice flavor. It won't be hot! If you like hot then go for it....add as much as you like. Can also be added to individual servings!
