I found this recipe on a Penne Pasta bag. I made it for dinner tonight....wow was it good! Next time I make it I will definately double the sauce recipe. The hot sauce does not make it hot, just gives it a great flavor.

Ingredients For buffalo chicken pasta

28pieces frozen popcorn chicken bites

8 ozpenne rigate pasta

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 csliced celery
-
1/2 cchopped onions

1 Tbspminced garlic
-
1 chalf-n-half
-
1/2 cblue cheese crumbles

1/4 clouisiana--style hot sauce
How To Make buffalo chicken pasta

1Prepare chicken bites and pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta.

2In a large skillet, melt butter over med-high heat. Add celery, onions, garlic and salt & pepper to taste. Saute' until celery is soft, (about 5-7 mins).

3Stir in half-n-half, blue cheese and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2-3 mins. Add pasta and chicken; toss to coat. Continue simmering until heated through and sauce has thickened.
