buffalo chicken pasta
I found this recipe on a Penne Pasta bag. I made it for dinner tonight....wow was it good! Next time I make it I will definately double the sauce recipe. The hot sauce does not make it hot, just gives it a great flavor.

Ingredients
- 28 - pieces frozen popcorn chicken bites
- 8 ounces penne rigate pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup half-n-half
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup louisiana--style hot sauce
How To Make buffalo chicken pasta

Step 1Prepare chicken bites and pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta.

Step 2In a large skillet, melt butter over med-high heat. Add celery, onions, garlic and salt & pepper to taste. Saute' until celery is soft, (about 5-7 mins).

Step 3Stir in half-n-half, blue cheese and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2-3 mins. Add pasta and chicken; toss to coat. Continue simmering until heated through and sauce has thickened.
