Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese, low-fat
- 4 tablespoons chopped celery
- 4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- - pepper
- 4 - eggs
- WING SAUCE
- 1 cup frank's hot sauce
- 1 stick butter
How To Make buffalo chicken nuggets

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Mix chicken, cream cheese, eggs, celery, blue cheese and pepper. Spoon on to cookie sheet. They are really soft and will spread a little. Bake for 15 minutes.

Step 3In small microwavable bowl heat hot sauce and butter. Carefully pull of "wing" and drop in hot sauce. Place back in oven for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 4I used a spoon to remove wings and dip in hot sauce and it worked great. They are delicate and will crumble.
