2 lb
ground chicken
4 oz
cream cheese, low-fat
4 Tbsp
chopped celery
4 Tbsp
crumbled blue cheese


1 c
frank's hot sauce
1 stick

How to Make Buffalo chicken nuggets


  • 1Preheat oven to 350
  • 2Mix chicken, cream cheese, eggs, celery, blue cheese and pepper. Spoon on to cookie sheet. They are really soft and will spread a little. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • 3In small microwavable bowl heat hot sauce and butter. Carefully pull of "wing" and drop in hot sauce. Place back in oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  • 4I used a spoon to remove wings and dip in hot sauce and it worked great. They are delicate and will crumble.
