This is a great low carb chicken nugget

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, low-fat
  • 4 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • - pepper
  • 4 - eggs
  • WING SAUCE
  • 1 cup frank's hot sauce
  • 1 stick butter

How To Make buffalo chicken nuggets

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Mix chicken, cream cheese, eggs, celery, blue cheese and pepper. Spoon on to cookie sheet. They are really soft and will spread a little. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    In small microwavable bowl heat hot sauce and butter. Carefully pull of "wing" and drop in hot sauce. Place back in oven for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 4
    I used a spoon to remove wings and dip in hot sauce and it worked great. They are delicate and will crumble.
