Buffalo Chicken Doritos Casserole

This is an AWESOME version of Doritos Casserole! And it has NO VELVEETA.

I made only a few changes to the original recipe which is posted at: cookincowgirl.blogspot.com

This recipe is enormous because I basically doubled the orginal. I feed 5 everynight..3 of which are teenage boys..and 3 of us take leftovers for lunches to work the next day.

    chicken breasts--shredded
  • 1 large
  • 4 tsp
    ranch seasoning mix
  • 10 Tbsp
    franks red hot sauce
  • 2 can(s)
    white beans
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 4-8 oz
    green chiles
  • 2
    bags blazin buffalo doritos or 1 family size bag
  • 2-4 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Doritos Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the soup, green chilis, Franks hot sauce and ranch dressing and mix together well...I used my whisk
  3. Layer 1-one crushed bag of doritos
    Layer 2-half of the shredded chicken
    Layer 3-half the chopped onions
    Layer 4-half the sauce mixture
    Layer 5-half the shredded cheese
    -------------REPEAT---------------add remaining crushed bag of doritos after the last sauce layer then top w/remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes
