buffalo chicken dip

My friend Christine shared this recipe with me after we enjoyed it at her home. I can't take credit for this delicious appy. This is so easy and delicious! You can make this as hot or mild as you wish! Great for Sunday Football watching or a "take along" for "grazing time".

Ingredients

  • 2 each - 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound shredded cooked chicken, white meat preferably, you can used a purchases rotissere chicken to save time!
  • 1 cup good quality blue cheese dressing
  • 3/4 cup buffalo or hot sauce (your choice)
  • 2 cups shredded colby jack cheese or mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, optional

How To Make buffalo chicken dip

  • Step 1
    In a 13x9 baking dish, spread the softenend cream cheese.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle the chicken over the cream cheese.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle 1 cup of the Colby Jack cheese over the chicken.
  • Step 4
    Pour the dressing mixture over the cheese.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle other cup of the Colby Jack cheese over the sauce mixture. If you wish, sprinkle some crumbled blue cheese over the top of this layer.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly on top. Do not let it brown.
  • Step 7
    Serve with Nachos or Corn Chips of choice, ENJOY!!
