buffalo chicken dip
My family just LOVES this. Funny thing is we don't make it often. I run a crock pot group so this is right up my alley. You can use one of those little dipper crock pots to keep this warm or just take it out of the oven and serve. Either way it's really good. Another Appetizer I'm making this Thanksgiving!

Ingredients
- 1 can chunk chicken ~ when i have time i fry off 2 chicken breast (boneless/skinless) with some garlic, salt pepper. then using two forks i shred the chicken up. or leftover chicken works nicely too.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces blue cheese dressing
- 6 ounces franks red hot sauce
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 6 ounces mild cheddar cheese
How To Make buffalo chicken dip

Step 1Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Step 2Place mix in a 2 qt crock pot on low setting.

Step 3It takes about an hour or so to heat through. You can leave it in the crock pot to serve. Just remember to stir about every hour. If it lasts that long!

Step 4OVEN METHOD ~ Preheat oven 350* Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Using nonstick cooking spray, spray an oven proof dish. Add mix and heat through. About 20 mins or until bubbling.

Step 5Serve with Tortilla chips, celery, bagel chips. Or you can take your favorite deli bread, slice it up and toast it in the oven and serve the dip on the toasted bread.
