Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds chicken thighs, skinless & boneless
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
  • 1 - 15 oz. cans black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 can hunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes with garlic, undrained
  • 1 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce or 1 jar of hooters hot wing sauce, heat to your liking
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled

How To Make buffalo chicken chili

  • Step 1
    Spray large saucepan or Dutch oven with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken & celery; cook 5 - 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Stir in beans, undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce & pepper sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook 10 - 15 minutes or until chicken is tender & flavors are blended. Top each serving with blue cheese. Add more pepper sauce, if desired.
