1 1/2 lbboneless chicken, cubed
1 can(s)diced tomatoes, 15 oz can
1 Tbspminced garlic
1 boxchicken-flavored stuffing mix
2 cshredded mozzarella
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
How to Make Bruschetta Chicken
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9x13 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Toss chicken with salt. Place in a layer into the bottom of the baking dish. Stir together tomatoes, water, garlic and stuffing mix; let sit to soften.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of chicken, then Italian seasoning and then stuffing mixture.
- Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
