This is a KRAFT recipe that I found in the formerly-free quarterly magazine that KRAFT used to mail out. I have tried this with pork-flavored stuffing & boneless pork chops, it was delicious. I like to serve this with steamed broccoli.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken, cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes, 15 oz can
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 box chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
How To Make bruschetta chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9x13 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Toss chicken with salt. Place in a layer into the bottom of the baking dish. Stir together tomatoes, water, garlic and stuffing mix; let sit to soften.

Step 3Sprinkle the cheese on top of chicken, then Italian seasoning and then stuffing mixture.

Step 4Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
