- 4 - chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 5/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make broiled ginger chicken

Step 1Flatten the chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.

Step 2Place on a broiler pan rack.

Step 3Broil for 3 minutes on each side.

Step 4Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne; brush over chicken.

Step 5Broil 2-3 minutes longer on each side or until juices run clear.
