  • 4
    chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 5/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper

How to Make Broiled Ginger Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Flatten the chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. Place on a broiler pan rack.
  3. Broil for 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne; brush over chicken.
  5. Broil 2-3 minutes longer on each side or until juices run clear.
