chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
1Flatten the chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.
2Place on a broiler pan rack.
3Broil for 3 minutes on each side.
4Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne; brush over chicken.
5Broil 2-3 minutes longer on each side or until juices run clear.
