Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 5/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

How To Make broiled ginger chicken

  • Step 1
    Flatten the chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Step 2
    Place on a broiler pan rack.
  • Step 3
    Broil for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Step 4
    Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce, ginger and cayenne; brush over chicken.
  • Step 5
    Broil 2-3 minutes longer on each side or until juices run clear.
