Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoons each salt, garlic powder & paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 plums pitted and diced
- 1/2 cup grape juice
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make broiled chicken thighs with fresh plum sauce

Step 1mix the salt, paprika, garlic powder and black pepper together. Sprinkle over both sides of the chicken

Step 2Place the chicken on a broiler pan and broil on high for about 15 minutes turning half way through.

Step 3To make the sauce combine the plums, grape juice, rosemary sprig, and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook mashing down the plums until they are real soft and mushy. Strain out the solids in a fine mesh strainer and discard. Mix cornstarch and water together. Bring the sauce to a boil and whisk in the cornstarch mixture until thickened.

Step 4Serve the sauce with the chicken and garnish with Parsley
