Broiled Chicken Fajitas

1/2 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
liquid smoke flavoring
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1/2 c
green pepper, cut into strips
1/2 c
onion, sliced
1/2 c
tomato, wedges
1/4 c
liquid smoke flavoring


1In bowl, combine first 7 ingredients and 1 1/2 teaspoon oil.
2Cover and refrigerate 2 to 8 hours.
3Broil chicken until no longer pink in the center.
4Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute green peppers and onions in remaining oil until crisp-tender.
5Add tomatoes and saute 1 minute.
6Stir in picante sauce and heat through.
7Cut chicken into thin strips and top with vegetables.
8Serve with four hot corn tortillas.
