- 1/2 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- dash liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup green pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup tomato, wedges
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke flavoring
How To Make broiled chicken fajitas

Step 1In bowl, combine first 7 ingredients and 1 1/2 teaspoon oil.

Step 2Cover and refrigerate 2 to 8 hours.

Step 3Broil chicken until no longer pink in the center.

Step 4Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute green peppers and onions in remaining oil until crisp-tender.

Step 5Add tomatoes and saute 1 minute.

Step 6Stir in picante sauce and heat through.

Step 7Cut chicken into thin strips and top with vegetables.

Step 8Serve with four hot corn tortillas.
