Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lb
    small red potatoes, sliced 1/4 in thick
  • 1 can(s)
    condensed broccoli cheese soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 c
    broccoli florets
  • 1 pkg
    (10 ounce) refrigerated cooked chicken breast strips
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Broccoli Chicken Potato Parmesan

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes.
  2. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in soup, milk, garlic powder, broccoli and chicken in the skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat to a boil, then reduce the heat to low.
  4. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender.
