Ingredients

2 10 oz pkg
frozen chopped broccoli
2 c
cooked chopped chicken breasts
1 can(s)
cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c
mayonnaise
2
eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 c
finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp
dried onion flakes
1 c
pepperidge farm herbed stuffing
2 Tbsp
butter or margarine

How to Make Broccoli & Chicken Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Prepare frozen broccoli according to package directions until tender then chop into smaller pieces
  • 3In a large bowl combine chopped broccoli, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, and onion flakes mix well
  • 4Pour into 9x13 inch casserole top with dry herbed stuffing
  • 5Top with pats of butter or margarine bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes until lightly browned and slightly bubbly
  • 6Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving
  • 7Note: chicken can be omitted for a meatless broccoli casserole for a side dish
