  • 2 10 oz pkg
    frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 c
    cooked chopped chicken breasts
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 c
  • 2
    eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried onion flakes
  • 1 c
    pepperidge farm herbed stuffing
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine

How to Make Broccoli & Chicken Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepare frozen broccoli according to package directions until tender then chop into smaller pieces
  3. In a large bowl combine chopped broccoli, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, and onion flakes mix well
  4. Pour into 9x13 inch casserole top with dry herbed stuffing
  5. Top with pats of butter or margarine bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes until lightly browned and slightly bubbly
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving
  7. Note: chicken can be omitted for a meatless broccoli casserole for a side dish
