broccoli & chicken casserole
This is one of my family favorites they like it so much I usually have to double my recipie so I'll have enough I hardly ever have any leftovers

Ingredients
- 2 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 - eggs slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 cup pepperidge farm herbed stuffing
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
How To Make broccoli & chicken casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Prepare frozen broccoli according to package directions until tender then chop into smaller pieces

Step 3In a large bowl combine chopped broccoli, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, and onion flakes mix well

Step 4Pour into 9x13 inch casserole top with dry herbed stuffing

Step 5Top with pats of butter or margarine bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes until lightly browned and slightly bubbly

Step 6Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving

Step 7Note: chicken can be omitted for a meatless broccoli casserole for a side dish
