Ingredients
- 20 ounces broccoli, frozen
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- 8 ounces processed cheese spread
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make broccoli and chicken casserole

Step 1Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and set aside.

Step 2Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add celery and onion, and cook, stirring constantly, 3 minutes or until tender.

Step 3Remove mixture from skillet, and set aside.

Step 4Combine soups and milk in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring often, just until thoroughly heated.

Step 5Add cheese spread, stirring until melted; remove from heat.

Step 6Stir in broccoli, celery mixture, rice, chicken and pepper.

Step 7Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.

Step 8Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
