Brenda worked at the local Walmart for 11 years in the Electronics Department from Nov 1993 until Nov 2004. She was actually scheduled to go back to work on the following Monday after she died. This recipe is her version of Walmart's Chicken Strips with Honey Mustard. Yes - I have tasted this, and it's one of my very favorites.
