- - all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup slice mushroom
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 jar homestyle chicken gravy
- 1/3 cup half and half
- - salt & pepper
How To Make breast of chicken dijon

Step 1Lightly flatten chicken breast, dip breast in milk, then dip in season flour coat both side. Saute breast in a skillet of oil. brown on both sides bout 2min. a side. Remove breast and drain oil. Melt in skillet place mushroom saute, add wine. Stir in gravy and remaining ingredients simmer for 1min. Replace chicken in skillet simmer 5min. Makes 4 servings.
