    milk
  • ·
    all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    slice mushroom
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry white wine
  • 1 jar(s)
    homestyle chicken gravy
  • 1/3 c
    half and half
  • ·
    salt & pepper

How to Make Breast of Chicken Dijon

Step-by-Step

  1. Lightly flatten chicken breast, dip breast in milk, then dip in season flour coat both side. Saute breast in a skillet of oil. brown on both sides bout 2min. a side. Remove breast and drain oil. Melt in skillet place mushroom saute, add wine. Stir in gravy and remaining ingredients simmer for 1min. Replace chicken in skillet simmer 5min. Makes 4 servings.
