Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breast halves
  • - milk
  • - all purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup slice mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1 jar homestyle chicken gravy
  • 1/3 cup half and half
  • - salt & pepper

How To Make breast of chicken dijon

  • Step 1
    Lightly flatten chicken breast, dip breast in milk, then dip in season flour coat both side. Saute breast in a skillet of oil. brown on both sides bout 2min. a side. Remove breast and drain oil. Melt in skillet place mushroom saute, add wine. Stir in gravy and remaining ingredients simmer for 1min. Replace chicken in skillet simmer 5min. Makes 4 servings.
