Ingredients

  • 2 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • dash - worcestershire sauce
  • dash - balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 2 cups italian bread crumbs
  • - garlic powder, to taste
  • - salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

How To Make breaded chicken dijon

  • Step 1
    Pound chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Step 2
    In a shallow bowl, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and milk. Whisk together.
  • Step 3
    Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in another shallow bowl.
  • Step 4
    Dredge chicken in mustard mixture and then breadcrumbs.
  • Step 5
    Sauté in a pan with EVOO over medium heat, about 3 or 4 minutes each side, or until fully cooked.
