Ingredients
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
- dash - worcestershire sauce
- dash - balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 2 cups italian bread crumbs
- - garlic powder, to taste
- - salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
How To Make breaded chicken dijon

Step 1Pound chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2In a shallow bowl, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and milk. Whisk together.

Step 3Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in another shallow bowl.

Step 4Dredge chicken in mustard mixture and then breadcrumbs.

Step 5Sauté in a pan with EVOO over medium heat, about 3 or 4 minutes each side, or until fully cooked.
