Ingredients

  • 2
    boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • dash
    worcestershire sauce
  • dash
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    skim milk
  • 2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • ·
    garlic powder, to taste
  • ·
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra virgin olive oil

How to Make Breaded Chicken Dijon

Step-by-Step

  1. Pound chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a shallow bowl, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and milk. Whisk together.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in another shallow bowl.
  4. Dredge chicken in mustard mixture and then breadcrumbs.
  5. Sauté in a pan with EVOO over medium heat, about 3 or 4 minutes each side, or until fully cooked.
