boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 Tbsp
dijon mustard
worcestershire sauce
balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp
skim milk
2 c
italian bread crumbs
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil

How to Make Breaded Chicken Dijon


  • 1Pound chicken breasts until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
  • 2In a shallow bowl, add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and milk. Whisk together.
  • 3Mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in another shallow bowl.
  • 4Dredge chicken in mustard mixture and then breadcrumbs.
  • 5Sauté in a pan with EVOO over medium heat, about 3 or 4 minutes each side, or until fully cooked.
