2large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1- 1 1/2 cpanko bread crumbs
1/2 cplain greek yogurt
2 tspmrs. dash table blend
1/4 tspgarlic salt
1/4 tspgranulated onion powder
1/2 tspblack pepper
How to Make Breaded Chicken
- Pound chicken down to an even height. Pat dry with paper towels. Rub generously with yogurt.
- Mix dry spices with panko bread crumbs. Lay chicken in crumbs after rubbing with yogurt, pat panko down well on both sides.
- Place in elec. skillet with about 1/4 c of olive oil heated. Set temp dial to heat or simmer. Make sure it is turned as low as it will go where it cuts off and on to avoid burning. Place lid on and cook for about 15 min. Flip after drizzling a little olive oil on top side of chicken. Cook with lid on another 10 min.
