This was some of the most flavorful, juice, tender chicken I've ever eaten. I love looking with my electric skillet especially in the hot months, and when it makes dish as good as this, it makes me want to use it all the time.

Ingredients
- 2 - large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons mrs. dash table blend
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon granulated onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make breaded chicken

Step 1Pound chicken down to an even height. Pat dry with paper towels. Rub generously with yogurt.

Step 2Mix dry spices with panko bread crumbs. Lay chicken in crumbs after rubbing with yogurt, pat panko down well on both sides.

Step 3Place in elec. skillet with about 1/4 c of olive oil heated. Set temp dial to heat or simmer. Make sure it is turned as low as it will go where it cuts off and on to avoid burning. Place lid on and cook for about 15 min. Flip after drizzling a little olive oil on top side of chicken. Cook with lid on another 10 min.
