The pasta dish was shared with me by a friend. I the dish is great for the summer days. Quick and easy to put together, eat it cold or heat it up, the bow tie chicken does not hang out long. It makes a great lunch. Highly recommanded by my family.

  • 2 cans large canned chicken
  • 1 box bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes packed in oil
  • 1 bunch broccoli florets
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • - sprinkles of olive oil

How To Make bow tie chicken

  • Step 1
Open the canned chicken, drain off the water and rinse over running water. Set aside
  • Step 2
Boil enough water in a pot to add the box of Bow Tie pasta. Cook until A'dente. Boil a separate pot of water to just soften the broccoli. Rinse each separately in a drain bowl. Pour olive oil over the pasta to keep it from clumping.

Put the Bow Tie pasta and broccoli into a large bowl. Add the mushed up chicken, stir into the pasta.
  • Step 4
Add the sun dried tomatoes. Stir
  • Step 5
Pour the shredded parmesan over the top and stir. Put into the refrigerator for a half hour for a cold dish or serve the dish hot after microwaving to just warm a bowl to serve. Enjoy!
