Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breat
- 1-2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cide
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
How To Make bourbon chicken

Step 1Cook chicken in hot oil until browned. Remove from pan and cut into chucks.

Step 2In 2 quart pan add all ingredients (except chicken) cook over medium heat until well mixed. Turn heat up add chicken and bring to boil.

Step 3Once boiling turn down and simmer 20 minutes, serve over white rice.
