How to Make Bourbon Chicken
- Brown chicken in butter over medium heat.
- Add orange juice concentrate; simmer until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from pan. Add bourbon to orange juice.
- Place chicken back into the sauce.
- Heat through and serve immediately.
