Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 - chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
- 6 ounces orange juice, thawed concentrate
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
How To Make bourbon chicken

Step 1Brown chicken in butter over medium heat.

Step 2Add orange juice concentrate; simmer until chicken is tender.

Step 3Remove chicken from pan. Add bourbon to orange juice.

Step 4Place chicken back into the sauce.

Step 5Heat through and serve immediately.
