Ingredients
- 350 grams boneless skinless drumsticks
- 20 grams olive oil
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 - garlic cloves
- 0.5 teaspoon chili flakes
- 30 grams apple juice
- 15 grams brown sugar
- 20 grams ketchup
- 10 grams apple cider vinegar
- 10 grams light soy sauce
- 5 grams dark soy sauce, optional
How To Make bourbon chicken

Step 1Cut the drumsticks into 3cmx3cm pieces.

Step 2Add the olive oil, ginger, and garlic into a mixing bowl.

Step 3Press the control knob to 2min/120°c/speed 1.5.

Step 4Add the chili flakes, chicken legs, apple juice, brown sugar, and ketchup to the mixing bowl.

Step 5Add the apple cider vinegar, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce to the mixing bowl.

Step 6Press the control knob to 7min/120°c/reversal/speed 1.5, without the measuring cup.

Step 7Transfer to a bowl to serve.
