Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tsp cornstarch
- green onions for garnish
How To Make bourbon chicken

Step 1Add oil to large skillet. Cook the chicken pieces until almost done.

Step 2Mix the whiskey, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, & the cornstarch water mixture. Pour over the chicken and continue to cook until thickened and bubbly.

Step 3Serve over rice or noodles and garnish with green onions
