boneless buffalo bites

My kids love buffalo wings, but I hate the mess they make w their hands after eating them. These bite size boneless wings eliminated the messy hands and faces! The recipe isnt exact science. Just a few ingredients. No measuring is really needed. Just enough hot sauce and breaded needed to coat the chicken and into the fryer it goes! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 - boneless chicken breast
  • 1 12oz bottles franks hot sauce
  • 2 cups house autry chicken breader
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (optional for milder flavor)
  • 2 cloves grated garlic (or a little garlic powder)
  • 1 bottle veggie or peanut oil (for frying)

How To Make boneless buffalo bites

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces
  • Step 2
    Add hot sauce and garlic to chicken, making sure all pieces are coated.
  • Step 3
    Cover and refrigerate to marinate for a couple of hours (*can be cooked immediately but tastes much better and are more tender and juicy if marinated for a few hours)
  • Step 4
    Coat chicken thoroughly w chicken breader
  • Step 5
    Deep fry chicken until golden brown and cook throughout.
