1.25 lb
chicken, boneless
green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 large
onion, chopped
1 c
mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c
broccoli florets
1/2 c
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1.5 Tbsp
seasoned salt
"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper


1This is a very quick and easy recipe. When I want really fast, I pick up all of the vegetables at the do-it-yourself salad counter in the super market. Nothing needs to be exact.
2Arrange the chicken in a 9X13 inch baking dish.
3Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken.
4Then sprinkle the rice over the chicken.
5Mix the green pepper, onion, broccoli florets and mushroom and sprinkle the mix over the chicken.
6Finally pour the can of soup over the mix.
7Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
