green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1 large
onion, chopped
1 c
mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c
broccoli florets
1/2 c
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1.5 Tbsp
seasoned salt
"just a pinch" of salt
"just a pinch" of pepper

How to Make Bob's Chicken and Rice


  • 1This is a very quick and easy recipe. When I want really fast, I pick up all of the vegetables at the do-it-yourself salad counter in the super market. Nothing needs to be exact.
  • 2Arrange the chicken in a 9X13 inch baking dish.
  • 3Sprinkle the seasonings over the chicken.
  • 4Then sprinkle the rice over the chicken.
  • 5Mix the green pepper, onion, broccoli florets and mushroom and sprinkle the mix over the chicken.
  • 6Finally pour the can of soup over the mix.
  • 7Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • 8Enjoy.
