    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 can(s)
    stewed tomatoes, italian-style
  • 1
    onions, yellow, medium, chopped
  • ·
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • ·
    salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
  • ·
    cornstarch

How to Make Bobbi's Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. In a dutch oven, brown the chicken breasts & onion in olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper & garlic powder. Drain the chicken breast and return to pot, add the stewed tomatoes and cook about 40 - 45 minutes. Add the cornstarch if you want the juice thicker. Serve over rice, pasta or noodles. Enjoy!
