  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed or
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning or thyme
  • 1 to 2 pounds chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1 to 2 cups baby spinach, packed
  • 1 pound pasta of choice, cooked according to package

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
  • Step 2
    Whisk in cream.
  • Step 3
    Add garlic and pepper.
  • Step 4
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat to low or medium low.
  • Step 5
    Add cheeses and Italian seasoning, stir to incorporate.
  • Step 6
    Add cooked chicken, stir, and let cook on low heat until chicken is heated through.
