  • 1 stick
  • 1 pt
    heavy cream
  • 1 clove
    garlic, mashed or
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • ·
    pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning or thyme
  • 1 to 2 lb
    chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 1 to 2 c
    baby spinach, packed
  • 1 lb
    pasta of choice, cooked according to package

How to Make Bleu Cheese Alfredo with Chicken and Spinach


  1. Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Whisk in cream.
  3. Add garlic and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat to low or medium low.
  5. Add cheeses and Italian seasoning, stir to incorporate.
  6. Add cooked chicken, stir, and let cook on low heat until chicken is heated through.
  7. Add spinach and stir. Cook for five minutes.
  8. Drain pasta, then combine pasta and sauce. Serve hot with crusty bread, if desired.
