heavy cream
1 clove
garlic, mashed or
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
pepper to taste
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 c
crumbled bleu cheese
1 tsp
italian seasoning or thyme
1 to 2 lb
chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 to 2 c
baby spinach, packed
1 lb
pasta of choice, cooked according to package

How to Make Bleu Cheese Alfredo with Chicken and Spinach


  • 1Melt butter in a medium sauce pan.
  • 2Whisk in cream.
  • 3Add garlic and pepper.
  • 4Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then reduce heat to low or medium low.
  • 5Add cheeses and Italian seasoning, stir to incorporate.
  • 6Add cooked chicken, stir, and let cook on low heat until chicken is heated through.
  • 7Add spinach and stir. Cook for five minutes.
  • 8Drain pasta, then combine pasta and sauce. Serve hot with crusty bread, if desired.
