Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
- 4 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 pound linguine, uncooked
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- - tomatoes, chopped
- - green onion, finely chopped
How To Make blackened chicken and pasta

Step 1Cook linguini until al dente, drain and set aside.

Step 2Preheat iron frying pan on gas grill at high heat for 20 minutes.

Step 3Put poultry seasoning in shallow bowl.

Step 4Put melted butter in a second shallow bowl.

Step 5Dip chicken first in butter on both sides, then in poultry seasoning.

Step 6Place in preheated frying pan and cook 5-6 minutes on each side.

Step 7While chicken is cooking, melt remaining 6 tablespoons butter in a dutch oven.

Step 8Add half and half and cayenne pepper.

Step 9Heat over medium heat until mixture bubbles.

Step 10Add linguini.

Step 11Cover and reduce heat to low.

Step 12Remove chicken from frying pan and slice into thin strips.

Step 13Serve over hot linguini noodles and garnish with tomatoes and green onions.
