Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 3 cups sliced white or cremini mushrooms
- 1 large onion,,chopped
- 1 can 19 ounce diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup italian zesty dressing
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 4 small skinless,boneless chicken breasts
- 1 can italiano shredded cheese or your choice of cheese
- 3 tablespoons oscar mayer real bacon bits
How To Make bistro chicken

Step 1Inlarge pan or wok heat oil on medium high add onions and mushrooms and saute for 10 minutes stirring occasionally, add tomatoes and the liquid, dressing and tomato paste. add chicken and cover, lower heat and simmer for 25 minutes covered. sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits uncovered for 5 minutes or cheese is melted.

Step 2Cook rice and serve with chicken...and garlic bread goes great to mop up the sauce.
