bonnie's hubby's bacon-wrapped jalapeno chicken
My husband created this truly awesome Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Chicken for our dinner, tonight. It was scrumptious! Definitely company worthy, with a creamy center, and a nice gentle kick from the jalapeno and the lemon pepper. It is very tender and juicy, and it just has so much flavor. Our taste buds went wild! Who knew it would be this easy to make, too! I can't wait to make this for the family! I hope you try it real soon. Enjoy! This humble recipe is my husband's creation. Photos are ours, too...

How To Make bonnie's hubby's bacon-wrapped jalapeno chicken
-
Step 1Choose tenders that are about the same size. Be sure to remove any tendons or fat from the chicken tenders with a sharp knife. Rinse the chicken tenders and pat them dry.
-
Step 2Lay 2 pieces of bacon close together on a cutting board. Place the 3 prepared chicken tenders across the bacon. Add the 2 tablespoons of jalapeno whipped cream cheese
-
Step 3Now bring up each end of the bacon and wrap the tenders in a mound shape. Make sure they are all covered with the bacon (The finished serving looks like a wrapped chicken breast)
-
Step 4Place the wrapped chicken on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and salt to taste. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until the bacon is brown and the chicken is done. Enjoy!
