Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast, skin removed and cut in half or thirds if they are really big (1 kilo)
- 1 large onion, sliced as fine as you can
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 cup roasted peppers (capsicums), sliced or chopped
- 2 pounds red potatoes, leave skin on, slice to about 1/3 an inch thick (about 1cm)
- 1 jar favourite pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup water to shake well with the sauce lid on and get all the contents out
- 1 cup creamed cheese
- oil spray

Step 1Spray the Crock Pot/slow cooker with oil.

Step 2Put everything except the creamed cheese into the Crock Pot/slow cooker and give a quick stir.

Step 3Drop the creamed cheese on top in the middle (don't stir).

Step 4Turn the Crock Pot/slow cooker to HIGH and leave for 3 hours.

Step 5Stir in the creamed cheese (which is now soft and silken). Serve.
