very good for chinese food lovers, like me!! Could eat every day. This recipe came from "allfreecopycatrecipes.com" I have made this, it is simple, quick and delicious. I 'tweaked' a little by adding about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of thin sliced mushrooms or the small button type. Let imagination run wild.

Step-by-Step

  1. Prepare rice to pkg direction to yield 4 cups cooked.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, peas and carrots. Stir fry till tender, do not overcook, no one likes mushy veggies.
