best ever poppy seed chicken

This is a favorite dish at my house and I'm sure it will soon be one of yours. Leftovers make a great lunch the next day, but I'm hardly ever lucky enough to have them. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 packages ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
How To Make best ever poppy seed chicken

Step 1Preheat oven 350° Cook chicken breasts and cube. Place in the bottom of a buttered, deep casserole dish. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and poppy seeds (1 tsp). Pour mixture on top of chicken.

Step 2Cover with crushed Ritz crackers and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with remaining poppy seeds. Bake for approx. 40 minutes until bubbly.
