I have experimented a lot with trying to perfect the quesedilla and this is it!

Ingredients For best ever bangin quesedilla

  • 2
    flour tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    green onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp
    diced green chilis
  • 1 Tbsp
    jarred jalepenos, diced
  • grilled chicken, optional
  • white cheddar, shredded
  • pepper jack, shredded

How To Make best ever bangin quesedilla

  • 1
    Put half the butter in a skillet and heat on medium. Place tortilla in skillet. Top with shredded cheese, green chilis, diced jalapenos, green onion, and chicken if desired. Top with other tortilla and spread with remaining butter. Cook until browned and flip. Cook until insides are melted and other side is browned. Remove, cut, eat.
