I love to make beer can chicke. i like to try new way to make this. it is so easy,keep chicken moist. and full of flavor

Ingredients
- 1 stick real butter
- 1-3 large whol chickens. abought 2 lbs each
- 1 can - dark beer or beer of your choice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons each of garic powder and onion power
- 1 ounce j.d. wiskey
How To Make beer can chicken

Step 1wash chicken inside and out. reserve giblets.pat dry. make a compond butter by mixing butter,garic,and onion powder together.... lift skin on the chicken and insert butter under skin.though out the whole chicken. rub out side with your favorit seasoning.

Step 2emty abought 1/2 of the can of beer.(i drink the other 1/2)pour 1 oz of wiskey into can of beer.. set can in to the beer can holder. (you can buy them just abought any were). slide chicken over holder.

Step 3pre heat grill to low heat.(250-300 no more then 300)place chicken over inderict heat. cook for 1-1/2 -2 hours.remove from heat and let rest for 15 min. chicken will just abought fall off the bone. serve with rice or what ever you like
