beef paprika
My mother used to make this all the time for the family when I was growing up! It was always one of my favorite dishes from home! I'd like to share it with others so that you can enjoy as well! "Quick easy meal, can use over egg noodles/rice etc. You can also use chicken in place of beef."

Ingredients
- BEEF MIXTURE
- 1 pound beef strips sliced thin or cubed
- 1 teaspoon garlic clove/ minced
- 1 medium yellow onion sliced
- SAUCE MIXTURE
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1 or 2 dashes red pepper/ cheyenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- THICKENING INGREDIANTS
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons flower
- OPTIONAL ADD INS
- - mushrooms, jalepinos etc.
How To Make beef paprika

Step 1Fry together beef strips, garlic and onion until tender and browned through completely.

Step 2In medium bowl combine paprika, ketchup, brown sugar, worcestorshire sauce, dry mustard, and red pepper. Mix until smooth. Add cooked beef and onions stir in well, then add the water. Bring to a boil and thicken sauce with 1 cup water and 2 TBSP flower or how ever you choose to thicken your sauces. Let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes

Step 3Boil rice noodles until tender, rinse with hot water and cover with Beef paprika then serve.
