Ingredients
- 2 pounds stew beef
- 1 1/2 cups onions, sliced thin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups celery, diced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can chop suey vegetables
- 1 tablespoon corn start
- 1/4 can water
How To Make beef chop suey

Step 1Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and brown in oil. Add onions, celery, sugar, soy sauce and about 1 inch of water. Cook, covered until meat is tender.

Step 2Add bean sprouts, vegetables and mushrooms. Combine cornstarch and cold water. Add to boiling mixture. Stir until thickened.
