1 jar

cocktail sauce
1 c

ketchup
1 tsp

italian seasoning
1/3 c

honey
1/3 c

maple syrup

Put frozen wings in a 2 qt sauce pan add 2 cups water put over medium heat and cook covered for 35 minutes take cover off pan and continue cooking until water is half gone 15-20 minutes Add rest of stuff and cook on med low until sauce is thick and serve
