This is one of those great rubs for grilling and roasting almost any meat. I keep mine in a mason jar, it can last up to 3 months.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1/8 cup tarragon, dried
- 1/4 cup paprika, sweet mild
- 1/8 cup rosemary, dried
- 1/8 cup dry mustard
- 1/8 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon thyme, dried
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 cup brown suar

Step 1Mix all ingrediants in a food procceser on high for 30 seconds.
