bbq chicken stir-fry
I was given the Food Trk Berry Good BBQ sauce and was looking for a way to use it. This stir-fry turned out great. My husband and son loved it. I was also given some of their other sauces so will be making some more new recipes with those soon.

Ingredients
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup food trk berry good bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets, cut into biteesized oieces
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make bbq chicken stir-fry

Step 1Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.

Step 2Peel and julienne the carrots. Destring and slice celery. Dice the bell pepper. Cut broccoli florets into small pieces. Cut pineapple into chunks.

Step 3Heat wok over medium heat.

Step 4Add BBQ sauce. Heat until sauce is hot.

Step 5Add the chicken and stir to coat. Cook Chicken until done through, about 10 minutes.

Step 6Add vegetables and stir to coat.

Step 7Sprinkle evenly with ginger and garlic. Stir to mix well.

Step 8Cook stirring often until vegetables are tender crisp about 15 minutes.

Step 9Serve with brown rice.
