bbq chicken sliders
These sliders were a Pioneer Woman inspiration. They came out delicious! Best of all they're quick, which means they're a great weeknight treat. I used the Salt Lick garlic rub but if you do not have it season with Montreal chicken seasoning and your favorite BBQ sauce. Use the ch open measurements loosely they'll vary based on the size of your chicken breast. I was able to get 8 out of 2 breasts.

How To Make bbq chicken sliders
-
Step 1If the chicken breast are thick slice them in half (butterfly) then each half in half, unless it's too thin then leave as-is. Season generously with your garlic seasoning and BBQ sauce. Allow to marinate for 1hr or overnight.
-
Step 2Preheat your skillet to medium heat and cook the chicken. Slice your bacon in half and In a separate skillet cook the bacon, remove right before it crisps. I enjoy a softer bacon.
-
Step 3Once the chicken is cooked top with two pieces of bacon and a slice of cheese and cover until cheese is melted.
-
Step 4Place your chicken on top of a yummy Hawaiian roll and top with tomatoes, lettuce and onion of course a little mayo ;)
