  • 2 c
    bbq sauce
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 1 tsp
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 lb
    boneless chicken thighs cut into chunks
  • SLAW

  • 2 c
    shredded red cabbage
  • 1 c
    carrots julienned
  • 1/2 c
    green onions chopped
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    each sugar and heavy cream

  • 2 c
    rice noodles brown rice or whatever grain you like

  • 1 c
    fresh corn cut off the cob

How to Make BBQ Chicken Power Plate


  1. For the BBQ Sauce mix the first five ingredients together. Stir in the chicken and place chicken and sauce in skillet. Cook until thickened and chicken is no longer pink. About 7 minutes
  2. For the slaw mix the mayo, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar and heavy cream together. mix in the red cabbage, carrots and green onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook your grains according to package directions. Cook the corn and cut off cob.
  4. To plate. Place the grains on a plate. Top with BBQ chicken, slaw and corn.
